JEFFREY A. GALOWICH
Jeff provides Madison with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of real estate development, real estate law and taxation, as well as great skill in the area of negotiating complex real estate and corporate transactions.
Jeff has been a driving force in Madison’s real estate development and consulting businesses. He was a key member of the team that annexed, zoned, planned and developed three major parcels totaling 575 acres and that represented an ownership group in the negotiation of the zoning, planning, and annexation of 1,200 acres to a suburban Chicago municipality.
Prior to joining Madison in 1990, Jeff practiced law with the Los Angeles law firm of Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman & Machtinger (1984-1990), widely recognized in southern California for its premier real estate practice. While practicing law, Jeffrey represented major investors and developers, real estate owners, tenants, lenders, and corporations, where his expertise included acquisition, disposition, leasing, development, and financing of real estate, including land use subdivision planning.
Jeffrey Galowich received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor Degree from UCLA Law School, is a member of the Bar of the State of Illinois and the State of California, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
